PROCESS SAFETY

When I talk about Process Safety I mean equipment under pressure. Many processes, especially in Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food Processing run under pressurized conditions and / or are subject to vacuum. Those equipment parts such as mixers, dryers, blenders, hoppers and so forth need to be protected. And what else than a passive relief device like a rupture disc, thoroughly engineered, could offer more reliability and less headaches whilst reducing cost-of-ownership?
